Who processes the data

Data submitted through this website is processed by Rigor Construções, contactable at geral@rigorconstrucoes.pt.

What data we collect

We collect only the data you submit in the site assessment request: name, email, phone number, property address, a description of the intended scope, availability for the technical visit and, when attached, photographs of the space.

What it is used for

The data is used solely to review the request, schedule the technical visit and keep in touch about that process. It is not used for advertising, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long it is kept

Data is kept while the request is under review or being followed up, and for the period required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the data submitted, as well as withdraw the consent given, by writing to geral@rigorconstrucoes.pt.
