Full and partial renovations

The approach changes depending on the scope: in a full renovation we coordinate all the trades involved, from demolition through to final finishes; in a partial renovation we concentrate the planning on the space in question, while still taking its connection to the rest of the property into account.

Coordination of trades
A renovation project usually involves several trades — electrics, plumbing, plasterboard, carpentry, painting, among others. We coordinate the trades planned within the agreed scope, defining the sequence of works so as to avoid rework or downtime between those involved.
Planning
Before the works begin, a survey of the property's condition is carried out and a plan of works with the expected phases is drawn up. This plan serves as a reference throughout the execution and is adjusted whenever a change to the original scope arises, following the method described in the Rigor Method.
Execution and communication
During execution, we hold progress updates with the client, flagging the progress of the works and any matter that requires a decision. This regular communication helps manage expectations and avoid surprises at the final stage of the works.
Handover and after-handover support
Handover of the works includes checking the work carried out against what was agreed. After handover, we remain available to provide after-handover support, answering questions or following up on any specific situations that may arise.
Project assessment
Each renovation project is assessed according to its location, scope and complexity of the works. We carry out projects in Greater Porto and other locations, subject to assessment of the nature and size of the works — namely in areas such as Porto, Matosinhos, Vila Nova de Gaia and Maia.
